I really enjoyed this book. It gar me a scientific business spiritual perspective to life, I wish he went deeper in certain areas it was very much an overlook and very broad.

A lot of chapters were dedicated to Naval's reading of philosophy and his experience with meditation, perspectives on religions, his value systems, and how he developed his focus on his health and happiness. Jumps around on different topics as it's a stitching of his tweets, writings and some interviews. I didn't find much interest in learning more about a specific individual's perspectives, maybe because I didn't have much background on Naval prior to this audiobook. If you're a Naval fan, you'll probably soak this book up more than I did.
