the narration. I loved how the child told most of the story

this was a great listen. I enjoyed most so the kids the sister narratoring the story.

A Good Listen

I didn't expect much when I started this audible book. it turned out to have a good story and was something different. The narrators were fantastic and truly made the listening.

Great story made to come alive with rich characters, and emotion felt situations.

Wish it was longer and had more stories of the dragon riders. Please write a sequel of this I would to hear more of the world living along side the good dragons.

Surprisingly Unique

What a great listen! The telling of a story through the words of those that experienced it is common enough, but the various excellent narrators really added life to the story. Will definitely listen to this again.

I enjoyed the performances and the unique format with which the story was told. Well, produced audiobook. Immersive and engaging.

First person, dragon apocalypse

It was a cool kind of first person perspective. I’ve never listened to a story like that before or read a story like that. So it was a great new thing for me.

if you into sci-fi I recommend this. very clever on how it is a diary from D-Day to future times and interviews with many people who experience the dragons. Great fiction

Epic short story, intense feel

Big fan of stories like this, not over the top but not soft either. Absolutely worth the listen, I finished it up in 24 hours

Multiple Characters

This is such a cool take on post-apocalypse meets fantasy world of dragons. Then, they add in multiple narrators to give each character a distinct identity. The way this story was told really makes you feel like you are listening to the retelling of lived experiences. Awesome!

Dragons vs. Modern Day Humans

What a fun listen. Amazing voice talent. Elite production. I enjoyed the character development and storyline. If you like tales about major modern cities and small coal mining towns alike being terrorized by dragons, you are in the right place!
