Kelly offers a wonderful overview to why sharing our stories is so powerful, in particular by sharing her own stories. This is an easy read and may leave you wanting to learn more about how to uncover and share your story with the world.

What a super power!

Wow! No matter how big or small you may think your story is, I highly recommend this book to everyone, as everyone has a story within themselves. This is a fantastic approach to knowing oneself and working through adversity, trauma, and rekindling the light within. This book helped me to see that I am not alone in this journey, and that other people may be experiencing very similar thoughts, feelings, and beliefs as I am. This has helped me to be bolder in sharing my own story, connect with people at a deeper level and has helped me to heal at a much deeper level.
