I laughed so much!!
So far, I have loved all of Portia’s books that I have listened to: Honeymoon for one, the plus one pact, just date and see…
This one, I actually laughed out loud and experienced a Portia Macintosh character moment (i.e. looking over my shoulder to see if anyone heard me)!

Lovely story that doesn’t start well
I was surprised how uncomfortable I felt at the start of the story!
The characters were not appealing to me, but that quickly changed as I progressed and got into it.
In the end I was sad it finished too quickly.
Portia does deliver amazing and warming stories with loveable characters that ine can relate to.
There are also always things to learn and think about - amazing for « just » a romantic novel.
