Great book

I didn’t know much about yoga nidra before I listened to this but have been looking for ways to relax and relive stress.
This will take you through some great practices to help in this process, unlocking the powers of the subconscious mind

new and beautiful

Yoga is totally new to me but something I have been curious about as I grow older and choose a healthier way of life. This book shares with me an experience I am finding so new and beautiful. Everyone who wants to be healthier without spending tons needs to get this book and use it for their own well-being. Great job on the writing and narration!

The Yoga Of Conscious Sleep

To be honest, I bought this for my partner, but after listening to it, I decided to get one for myself too. It's now nicely positioned on my smartphone. What can I say?, this is a beautifully produced audiobook with a voice that feels like heaven. NO, I'm not exaggerating, this will give you an amazing and peaceful experience.

I haven't studied yoga or meditation before, but I am fully committed to this wonderful meditation contained within this book. Buy it, try it, and keep playing it every day and I'm sure your life will become more peaceful. You will start to feel a lot more relaxed and positive. 5 Stars. Wonderful book.

Lovely

First off, I love the narrators voice. She read for this type of audiobook perfectly. The mountain and stream hour long yoga journeys both were incredibly relaxing and healing to the mind.

I found myself so relaxed that I would drift off to sleep and awake again in a very peaceful mood. Highly recommend for everyone, I plan on listening to this quite often!
