One of the best

I bought this audio book because I want to do yoga myself and without the help of a coach. I was able to study the breathing technique, as well as some exercises. It's convenient that there are images and I was able to quickly learn how to do the exercises correctly. Also, important is to know what to eat. This is a good guide for beginners, such as myself.

Highly Recommended

It is an excellent introduction to the part of yoga beyond just stretching and given me a practical look at how to apply my yoga practice to every day life. It was well written and easy to understand. I found this audio book very valuable to anyone wanting to know and understand more about yoga!!

Very Helpful Guide

I am a weight lifter and very inflexible so this has been a great addition to my physical health and fitness. The flow of the routine is great explains each step very well. I tried the energizing flow once so far and I wouldn’t say it was easy for a first timer but I was able to complete it. Definitely worth the value! Highly recommend this audio book.

Wonderful

It is very step by step on earning your body and how it works and You really do get a lot out of this book. I think it is a very good starter for anyone looking to learn their body as well as lose weight. And be happy with every part of your life. That part doesn't always come easy for anyone. So please listen this audio book and learn a little something you didn't know before hand. I'm really interested in learning about yoga and do not really afford to take classes, this is such a great option. The book was informative and helpful and felt like I was learning through a friend. It was a simple listen and tens of great data. A great book for anyone thinking about starting a yoga.

Essential for good health

This guide will introduce you to this magical method known as yoga. People who practice Yoga will love books that explain the physical side of Yoga. Helpful Guide

One of the benefits of yoga is its ability to relieve you of stress. The beating exercises that yoga makes you do usually lower your heart rate, which slowly shifts your nervous system into a relaxed state.
