These narrators.,.. amazing!

The story itself was so-so. It felt very similar to Hooked that I just couldn't like it as much but was able to keep going because of how GOOD the narrators are! I've listed to alot of audio books recently and this one has to have one of the better narrations I've heard!

good but not great

I always love the connections to different child hood stories to current day. but this one was pretty predictable. would have loved some bigger twists.

Dark romance indeed

I can always count on Emily McIntire to give me a dark happy ending for our villains. I loved her book On Hook but this one also gives me a good time. Also I was always fan of the wicked witch and not Dorthy. A must read for your collection.

Evelina Westerly is not one of the good guys

Oh. My. God!
First of all, I absolutely LOVE that it was a morally grey female MC. Second of all, from the first page this book was A-Maz-ing! Third…oh. My. God!

This is the best in this series so far!!! Idk how the other will compare!

I LOVED HER!!!

I loved that the villain was the female character for once. And she is fantastic. The voices were great and I loved the story. Also the spice is excellent! I really liked the use of elements of the original story. Hooked and Scared were excellent but this is my favorite of the series.

At it again

At it again. kept me up until 2qm trying to finish. I love the back storyline and can't wait to listen the that next one.

Slow start but fanastic finish!

I’ll be honest, when I first started this book I didn’t think I would like it (even though I LOVED the previous in this series). It took a couple of chapters, and I was all in! I love this one and it just got better and better as it went on. The FMC was badass and the narrator did a fantastic job. There was more spice in this one than in the previous books in this series but still minimal. What was there was pretty good though. I prefer a bit more but if you are like me, looking for all the TWs and all the spice this is still worth the read and I would happily recommend reading it.

Was a good book but hooked was better

I enjoyed it but I didn’t get the same excitement as I did from hooked. Not a bad read but also not hooked.

The narration was amazing!!!

Story was a cute basic enemies to lovers. Did enjoy how the woman was actually the really really bad guy! What a change!

Great story. Wasn’t a fan of the female narrator’s male voice. But overall great book
