my FAVORITE I-Op World book

YOWZERS! THIS is now my favorite book in the I-Ops world. Warning DO NOT DRINK while listening. Well unless you enjoy spewing your beverage of choice. Bill... if you have read the others in the series I do not need to say more than that. Oh my heart goes out to Cody. I have wanted to know more about him since he first appeared and, well, I want to murder Helmuth for everything he has done to Cody. Gene is an innocent, in all ways possible. I loved how the sparks started flying the moment these two ummm met in person.
This book has it all, humor, heat, alpha male protectiveness, innocence, and danger. I was hooked.
I actually read AND listened to this book. The narration really brings this book to life. The narrator has such a wide range of voices and each character is unique. I felt the creepiness of Helmuth, seriously felt uneasy. I laughed with Bill. Bring on the next audio.

Oh the twists and turns!

It was a fun book that truly came full circle with the past. I don’t think I’ve laughed this much with the characters antics especially the guys. Bill, the twins, Gus, and Wheeler are a fun bunch. The ladies are nerdy but super cool too! I loved Gena’s character too! Gena and Cody are a hot together and I truly enjoyed the mystery, and plot twists. The book kept me on the edge of my seat wondering what would happen next. I love the narrator. D.C. Cole, is a phenomenal narrator and the wide variety of voices he uses is truly fun and elevates the book for me.

In the jaws of evil.

Cody is a shark shifter and saves a drowning girl in the water. But no good deed goes unpunished and he ends up captured by senior psycho who wants nothing more then to do nefarious things to him. Years later Cody’s is still trying to hunt the evil Hellmoth down. Ramblings from a crazy friend sends him back to the ocean and his future. Stuffed with good vs evil, amusing banter, a crazy guy spouting prophecies and shark shifting wet dreams, the story will keep you entertained! A second chance (sorta) romance that has endearing characters that you will fall in love with. The narrator does a wonderful job with all the characters! I got lost in the story while I listened.

Stunning adventure

I loved this series in book and was so excited to listen. The narration was spot on and I loved the way the characters are portrayed. In this story we follow Cody a shark shifter. His mate Gena is in the clutches of a madman and needs saving. This has action and adventure and this couple gets a great ending. Can’t wait for more of this series.

Another amazing Immortal Ops world audio. I read the book a couple of years ago making this almost new. It deserves 6 stars except for the narrator who was very good except I would have enjoyed a bit more with the Aussie accent.

Cody is an outcast. One of the Gov experiments that didn't turn out as they'd expected. Add that to his capture, torture, and more experiments by the evil Helmuth and Cody could barely control his animal inside. A Sharkshifter eventually rescued. He wasn't part of the Ops teams considering his problem with control. Years later he is working on the edges of the Ops teams. Helping when he can.

Gena is a marine biologist working primarily with sharks. When funding is gone and a private donor offers to supply the funds she agrees to meet with him. Not a good idea--so starts the worst and the best time of her life.

Both Cody and Gena are not used to dating or more. Watching their reactions to each other is not only a riot for the reader but their friends as well. It is funny, touching and very hot. Add Gus and Bill into the mix with some other Ops guys and the fun and danger just keep coming.

You will want these two together but with the evil creature coming between them do they have a chance of a future?

The story is one you'll want to listen to from start to finish in one sitting.
