Love the animals

I especially like the part where the animals have their own roles and have important parts in the plot twist. instead of just having them on the sideline as a pet. The animals in this world are considered intelligent beings.

also I like the part where this world is accessed through a mysterious portal with a bunch of detours along the road.

this world has similar physics to our own and is not too far out and fantastical. It just has lots of interesting creatures. The premise that the relationship of witches and dragons going back hundreds of thousands of years is probably more scientifically sound than most people want to give credit for!

Great unique stories love all the books I’ve had so far and the narration is great!!! I love all of her books never disappointed!
