A book about Careful and kind timeless care
In this beautifully written and wonderfully narrated book, Dr. Victor Montori - the master storyteller describes what the new patient experience and healthcare revolution is all about and why we need it. Victor inspires us by identifying the three basic characteristics of care in the healthcare system: it needs to be careful, kind and timeless. Thanks to Dr. Montori for encouraging and inspiring us to moving away from industrial healthcare and moving to elegant healthcare. Also, Luis Moreno has done a brilliant job with narrating. Overall a wonderful book!
