Informative book that is also unpretentious

I learned so much about whiskey making from this book that it seems even more incredible that people can make such an amazing beverage from such a complex process. So much can go wrong!!

The writing is clear and accessible, discarding and negating much of the snobbery one can find when researching this subject.

The narration friendly and enjoyable to listen to. Highly recommended!

Great book about everything that you could want to know about whiskey and a bunch of tasting notes in between on a number of great whiskeys
