I am on a journey of mindfulness and living in the moment. Bram's voice gives me a calm and happy mood to start my day. This meditation helps me have a anchor when my mind starts to wander and not allow me to embrace the moment.

I enjoy the session very much. What I HATED was while still relaxed I was shocked out of the pleasant feeling by the immediate , “recommendations “
afterwards. I wish there was a way to turn that feature off during the meditation sessions at least. They are fine after other readings, just not after meditating.

This guided meditation takes you from laying in bed to getting up and getting ready for your day. It’s not my favorite because different people have such different ways of getting ready, but it does try to take that into consideration and show you how to use the basic concept of mindfulness no matter how you get ready.
