I love it and kinda gives you a new way to see life in general

Purrrrfectly Smexy Novella.

A nice addition to the series with a human finding a quick romance with a sweet Praxiian. Funny that he is scarred of the fish in the pond. Short and sweet, great addition but start with Ice Home Barbarian. Narrators were great as usual for this series.

This was a quick one

And I like that we had another Praxiian. Because of their bad rep, I'm glad we're given the opportunity to see a few redeem themselves. I liked this.

very short but sweet and steamy

because this is so very short I would only recommend it if if on sale or part of the Plus catalog. If you've read or listened to any of this series you be able to jump right in, which is good, because again, super short at 2hrs max.

I enjoyed how light it was and the narrators were perfect as always.

The day she finds a Praxian named Hrrusack in a stream on her property her life changes for good. Hrrusack is upset and trying to find his ID card that his brought tossed out the window of a speeder. he knows he's not supposed to be on private property but he won't be able to leave the planet without his ID. when a beautiful human fe.ale finds him and helps he knows his life has been changed for the better in the blink of an eye. its such an fun listen they they both really enjoy each other company and truly understand the other. as their relationship grows they both want more but neither lets on until something forces their hand. will love conquer all? you'll have to !listen and find out! 100% bubblegum smut

When She’s Fearless is right. At two hours, there’s almost nothing to this except her diving head first into adventure, sex, sex, sex, sex, more sex, and then one scene of conflict, and then ‘poof’ HEA.
Snork- there’s a lot of sex for such a short story.

On the one hand, I loved the curvy gal body positivity and zest for life. On the other hand, it was a little
too sugary sweet the way every other thought in her head is how “cute” he is. Given his cat-like species,
it felt a bit like she was lusting after her pet tabby.

You know what? Never mind about being too cute. Sugar overload is just fine with me for a fun nugget of a novella. Bonus points for making Hrrrusek a tad pudgy too. He was, upon reflection, totes adorable.

feisty heroine

I loved the FMC, she was feisty, a little naughty, fun. My favorite parts of this book were the ones that made me laugh out loud (i.e. the door marking scene)

Interesting story but was way too short for the cost of this book. Nice enough story but should have more of her background story perhaps or more of something to extend storyline? Even a description of the wedding or what was required for him to stay on the planet to earn an income would have been helpful so story wasn’t so short.

Quick One Note Short

Feel like several of these could easily be bundled into a short story collection (When She's....Pregnant/Merry/Fearless/Wary/Shy) as they are super quick listens, cute couples, sparse details and depth that lean on a single character trait, with sprinkles of town dynamics. Overall these are easy to listen to and feel more like a snack than a meal. Characters are here but are more one note almost like writing exercises. Still enjoyable but not they same layers and depth as some others in Ruby's series. These also feel lighter overall and do touch on tough topics but don't go into as dark situations as some of the other series. The couple is cute but I found everything gets pretty repetitive even in this short form as it all comes back to the one character trait that the story circles on. So here the female lead fears nothing after fearing everything for so long, explained as her reaction to her abuse and this drives her interactions with the male lead. Because the story is so short all the emotional build up feels more forced than earned. Again still an easy listen for anyone who enjoys the series.

Sweet and lovely just didnt like 1 thing..

It's a bitter sweet story and I wish it was longer. There's only one thing I don't like and I know the author tried to give it a back story but it's a cliché even on television I don't like. Bigger girls are always too forward. I like that at least her fowardness was welcomed but it's something I've noticed in a lot of stories. over I loved it and got me in tears 😢
