that he left her alone on that planet after he saved her but it makes the ending much better

Gentleman giant

Brax may be a horned, tattooed, blue collar alien, but his rough around the edges outside hides a
perfect gentleman inside. He’s honorable and patient and insists on getting to know Melodie first.
Well, that is after the initial meet-not-so-cute where he rescued her from horrid captivity.
Around the holidays I crave low angst, high feels romance nuggets and this totally fit the bill.

Another Risdaverse story. This is a story about a rescued human female slave who fell in love with her rescuer. Only he took her to safety and left her.

So good.

I loved this narration.. The way Mason Lloyd played Brux with a swollen face, brilliant. I would not have gotten that experience with just an eyeball read.
A short book, but still felt like a slow burn..

How cute!

This was a cute short story of Melody and Brux. And I like the reversed roles of Melody wooing Brux and proving to him that he is worthy of love. I enjoyed this!

Short but sweet, just a touch of smexy times. If you’re listening to this book you know you love the series. Narration was excellent.
