A great 2-parter

Mr. Snow!....omg I luv his voice 🥴😂
the female voice reminds me of Brooke Daniels a little.
This 2-part story is definitely worth the all day listen, I was a little upset with them at 1st, but everything turned out good 😁

Refreshing Storyline

Really good sequel. My only problem is how whiny Blake is. She is extremely indecisive and I got whiplash and a healthy dose of frustration listening to her. I get she was trying to figure out her feelings but the writer milked it to the point of frustration. I began skipping theough her inner monologues. They happened every other minute in every single one of her chapters. Character development was weak for Blake.

Loved the ending

Second book even better and so glad for everyone’s ending. To get everyone’s view and new friendships. And the growth between Nero and Blake just badas.

Amazing series!

Really well done! This is a new author to me and I just really enjoyed this series! The writing is outstanding, the characters are so multi-dimensional, the storylines are all intertwined and not a single one is missed when wrapping up. Every single detail is used in this book! Every piece of the story is meaningful in these books and it’s so cool to see. I love books like these. I’m looking forward to more by this author! The narrators are awesome too - Aiden Snow and Lucy Rivers are both excellent and always do a great job!

Narration difficult to adjust to.

Nero grew on me but at first it was hard because in the other books they gave him a New York accent and they didn’t in his own books. His deep voice was fantastic for the spicy scenes but was a strange fit for the chatty guy from Gemma’s story.
The female narrator for this duet spoke WAY too fast. It gave off an anxious vibe- which definitely fit Blake’s personality but didn’t allow for enough range of emotions. I ended up having to slow the speed down for her parts.

Too much whining on female's part.

overall it was a good story. The main female was too much. I had to skip several chapters to get through the story. 🔥 in parts. overall it was a good story

Nero(I want one)

I enjoyed everything about this story. This story had twists, great narration, humor, and you can’t forget about the steamy love scenes. I was not ready for the story to end. I looking forward to listening to this author again.

For a mafia story , this was so loving 🥰 I binged both books 📚 it was griping, emotional and just all around good 🩷

both books are great

book 1 is a little slower but sets the scene for #2. Man can grovel!! yummy! Aiden did amazing. didn't love the female voice as much.
Wish it was a trilogy!
