Five star performance . Engaging narrator with a great sense of humor. Highly recommended. Fun.

Book-excellent; narration -not so good

I have thoroughly enjoyed Ms Ackerman’s books, and have learned a lot… HOWEVER… her delivery is subdued, and a bit sonorous. There is no life in her voice; I found myself falling asleep repeatedly… which I did not want to do. I had the same problem with her other book… at present, I can’t remember the name (it’s 0500 and I’m sleepy ) The information given is interesting, indeed fascinating… but please, Ms Ackerman, put some LIFE in your narration!!

Fascinating and captivating

It was truly interesting to listen to, and owls are FASCINATING creatures. The narrator had good inflections which aided in the listening process since it wasn’t someone simply droning on about random owl facts
