Very interesting book! And although I just recently finished listeningit I have been able to try the self-hypnosis on myself and it seems to work fairly well (noticed the signs described in the book). I have also tried the hypnosis technique on my teenage son and he says he felt very relaxed during the session. Can't wait to try more sessions for long term goals. Very good beginners book!
