Currently, I finished this book faster than any I’ve started to read all year. Truly, this year has been different and I haven’t finished even 1 book prior to it. This book is a quick entertaining read full of excellent “ahhh haaaa” moments regarding why and how weight gain happens. I love how it explains why people stay in the yo-yo of dieting and how to change the dynamic of food being controlled by emotions. I love how she says,”Trust the Process”! It’s not a marathon, it’s a lifestyle change. My favorite quote is, “Uncover the warrior within and find the authentic you!” Christine knows what change takes, has proven it and is great to teach how anyone can do the same!
