Three months have passed since the eccentric Hermit agreed to take Roy and Aika on as students. Now, the time has come for them to leave the forest and return to civilization. Enjoying this series a lot, I slept on this series for a little while and I am so glad I finally gave it a shot.

His Past Holds Him Back

It should be easy, I've would think, to move past the past and go forward boldly. This isn't the case for our protagonist, who suffered many years of ridicule bullying and being treated as less than.

Very enjoyable

Very enjoyable series so far. I like the way the plot combines martial arts, personal struggles, a detailed magic system. Ĺooking forward to seeing the protagonist overcoming their unwanted visitor.

Solid book in the series and as it hits on some key points and then leaves the reader wanting for more.
