Beautiful Work and Practical Applications!!!
Highly recommended read for everyone. There’s so many gems in this book. You never really finish because you have to pause, reflect and apply a lot! Very good if you are trying to heal yourself.

A must read for African American Women

I love this book and how it goes deeper in history than Sticks, Stones, Roots and Bones yet compliments the material deeply. I listened on Audible before purchasing a hard copy just to see if it felt repetitive but it is a book to have in hand. Highlighting and marking is necessary because you will return to the material.
