Now that all the elements of her life seem to be falling into place, the fiery witch is ready to focus her energies on fixing her cousin Deacon's tiny little problem of being cursed into the form of a pig. But as she gets close to a solution, a bigger problem almost cooks her bacon.

Rue's always known her vampire boyfriend's fears have always been that his past deeds would come back to haunt him and hurt her. When someone from Luke's past insists he return to his ancestral home, Ruby Mae insists on returning with him. An extension of Ruby Mae's Family

The story was good. Oh, and was it mentioned that Luke was Ruby Mae's fiance? I could honestly have made a drinking game out of listening to this book and been blitzed before Chapter 5 just listening for "my fiance". I'm looking forward to the next installment.

Love love love

Johanna has the perfect voice for this series. I read this book when it came out but listening to it was fantastic!! I love to have someone to hate in a story. The amount the storyline jumps in this book is awesome. I can’t wait for the next one!!

Another great story!

I cannot get enough of Bella Falls’ books. Vintage Vampire is no exception. The story is narrated beautifully and leaves you with just enough tidbits to wonder what will happen in the next book!

Too oblivious characters

Ruby’s character is written poorly on what actions should have been taken. Ruby’s thought process with her investigation make her seem oblivious and is clearly a way of making to book drag on unnecessarily. Overall I like the series, but this book’s character actions are frustratingly obtuse. Also the book makes it look like Ruby is a ditzy girl, who is randomly stumbling upon clues and has no idea what’s going on. There is clearly a lot of clues that she should have figured out before getting to certain points in the book.
