The Shadow Master still rocks!

Gibson and Kafer do awesome work again! I really enjoy this series. I would say that it is in my top five. It’s one that never gets old for me. Out of the five books, this one is my 3rd favorite. My favorite is book 2. I’m looking forward to the next one!

Gods Above & Below This Series Always Delivers

Jackson Blackwell is by far one of my favorite villains of all time. Villains Return truly excels at combining vulgar comedy, plot twists, subtlety, and villainous insights. Makes me want to start the series over again from the beginning. MK Gibson is my go to author for an entertaining, engaging, and hilarious story.

Worth the wait

This book has a special place in my heart for personal reasons, but even ignoring that it's a solid addition to the series, and well worth the wait. Jackson is a lovable little sh*t, and Jeff Kafer is gold as always.

Seriously

This book, and the entire series, are fantastic. One of my all time favorites. M.K.G. has a supernatural ability to give life to his characters, so much so that I’m starting to believe he really IS the Malevolent Kismit Gambler.

I would go as far to say that his characters have more personality, life and soul than Song of Ice and Fire. Can’t wait for the next one.

Another Ace in the whole

Kaefer really does these novels justice. He brings MK's world to life like no one else. Listening to these is an experience! As usual MK Gibson entralls you with Jackson Blackwell's misadventures. Just like a cards against humanity game, its so fun to be just this side wrong. Hilarious, entertaining, surprisingly sweet and ever raunchy, another wind for MK Gibson!

the shadow master is back

I have been waiting to listen to this book for 2 years, and I can say it does not disappoint. Jackson is back and ready to kick ass ,and how the characters have changed for perfect twists and turns can't wait for the next book.

Please Don’t Stop

Since starting the series, I have done nothing but crush these audiobooks one by one. I read the previous super villainy series through Google before I had an account issue which closed but delete, but all of these titles are exactly what my brain asked for. I already picked up another series and will be looking forward to any future projects. I really hope that this one gets green for a movie in the future if you would approve.

This book may have taken a while in the making, but I do agree with the Patrick Rothfuss approach of making sure that it is the book you wanted to write and not the bash-to-deliver keyboard slave's output. I love this unhinged Tedx rollercoaster of opinions and blatant theft. As a DM for DND, I respect it and I can't wait for the next book.

What stood out the most? EVERYTHING!!!!

The only thing I disliked was that it took me 4 months to realize it came out! These books have a best twisted sense is humor!
Jeffrey Kafer is the best! And I LOVED the bloopers at the end!!

and the fans know how to take a joke,
two years was a long wait but so worth it..
I now finished the book my 5stars stays with these notes to MKG
1) can't wait for the next book
2) I only guessed half of the plot twists
3) Jackson rarely punches down on the humor and when he does it's rare and not that hurtful
4) as the lbgtqa+ millennial crowd (trans lesbian older millennial) I enjoyed when I was hit because it was fair to how much others were hit and could enjoy the joke
5) the entire book I kept screaming were is Evee so glad to know next book that will hopefully be answered
6) Jeffery's blooper reel had me in tears laughing so hard
