O.M.G!!! Brilliant!!!

Shanora and Aure are both new to me and I have to say, "THANK YOU, Shane East!" I absolutely love finding gems like this via my fav narrators.

Can we talk about Aure Nash for a minute?!? She paired perfectly with Shane East and went toe to toe with his stellar talent. Her range of emotions, comedic timing, and accents were *chef's kiss* utter perfection. This new powerhouse duo gave me all the feels and I cried more than once from such moving performances. They definitely understood the assignment, because when their slow burn fully ignited, it was a five alarm fire.

I was hooked from the get go. So much so that I stayed up all night to finish it! It went full pedal to the metal from beginning to end. The best way to describe it would be that it was a little bit His Dark Materials, Peaky Blinders, and The Dark Tower series. It ends on a big cliffhanger and I can't wait for Wicked Ties to be released in November. Needless to say, Shanora just gained a fan!

Beautiful story!!!

Aura Nash is a fabulous narrator. Her accents both male and female are spot on. This was a great read. The story was so authentic and made even more enjoyable with Nash and East bringing it to life.

Draws delightful similarities to other worlds…

What an excellent book! I got so many vibes near and dear to my heart in just one story, like Sense8 and Peaky Blinders. It’s a wonderful book that I highly recommend! Only thing that I didn’t like was the cliffhanger ending but I don’t have to wait long for the Book 2.

I loved everything about this novel. I’ve had it sitting on my list for over a year. If you love peaky blinders and dark fantasy then this book is for you!

Willow believes she is destined to be alone. She soon finds out that there is a whole other world out there and she may just find her soulmate. Ms. Williams did an amazing job at world building. It was easy to follow and has the perfect blend of fantasy and romance. VICIOUS BONDS is fast paced, intense and dark. I HIGHLY recommend the audiobook. Just imagine Caz’s voice (Karl Urban in The Boys) Gah. Panty dropping good. B. R. I. N. G. on book 2.

Great start!

This is a black adult fantasy romance and really enjoyed it. We have some portal magic and a really cool plot. We have an extremely broody and tortured soul MMC. Our FMC is snarky and dealing with her own demons. The audiobook was done well and I loved both narrators. The magic and world building was set up really well in this book. The ending!!! I was absolutely not expecting that. Im honestly still shocked writing this.
