Simple to Follow

The ketogenic diet plan is explained in simple terms, and the recipes included in the book are straightforward and easy to follow. The main important thing for me was a quick meal prep time, and they are mostly quick to make.

Easy Diet Plan

The recipes are simple and there are good instructions. I found it quite easy to put together a shopping list, and I also had quite a few of the ingredients in stock already. My friend recommended this to me after they lost a huge 28 pounds on the ketogenic diet so I am keen to follow in their footsteps.

Vegan Keto book

I was finding it difficult to find something for the ketogenic diet for Vegans, there was plenty written for vegetarians but not much for us poor vegans. Anyway found this and there are a mixture of vegan and vegetarian recipes which I am happy with.

Good audio cook book

Starts with a good explanation of how the keto diet is going to work, it is always easier to start on a diet plan when you are armed with all the facts. I was able to make a couple of notes on my phone for meals I intended to make and any ingredients I was going to have to buy.

Good variety

The recipes are varied enough to keep you interested. I had suspected that it would basically be an omelette cook book but is wasn’t and there are some good meals in here that look easy enough to follow.

This works

I started on a Ketogenic diet two weeks ago, my initial diet plan came from a magazine and I bought this and another book to give me a bit more variety. In the first week I lost a very satisfying nine pounds, and in the second week another five pounds giving me a total loss in two weeks of a full stone.

Good Plan

I first came across this author when looking for some breakfast recipes that were keto friendly and then found this book which had some more substantial meals included. They are tasty and veg and vegan friendly.
