Story
Jason had it all, and yet he still couldn't prevent his father's death. He didn't even have time to grieve as his mission took precedence over all else. Pressing onward was the only path. But did he possess enough strength to clear the tower, even with Roy and Olivia at his back? The answer was obvious: Only with humanity's best could he stand a fighting chance. Yet as his actions influenced the world, the more things changed. Worse, his secret identity, Index, was in the spotlight for releasing knowledge that couldn't possibly be known.

Story
Jack is violently pulled into a game-like universe and dumped into a seaside town on the brink of destruction. When the people of Blackmoor Cove begin to ask about his combat role, Jack discovers his odd Hero Class and finds that parts of his game interface are riddled with exposed coding errors. He quickly learns that the only way the town can grow and push back the unknown substance threatening to consume it is if brave Heroes venture into an infinitely high, ever-changing tower, kill bizarre monsters for their equipment drops, and then deposit those items into a special chest.

Finally, there is the dragon stalking him. Cultivating, sailing, staying ahead of trouble. That’s his plan as he moves into the creation of his solid Core. Seducing a dragon was a total accident. Nuking an Island? Let’s not focus on the details. They started it. What’s the best thing to do while getting his magical career and development back on track? Play pirate, of course!

Having accepted the love of both Myna Mooncaller and Fiona Mithrilsoul, Sean discovered happiness he hadn’t ever thought he would know, and began to acknowledge how different this society was from his old world. Everywhere they went, they ran into trouble. First had been bandits, which actually proved to be fortuitous, with Ryann Cullin entering Sean’s service after that attack. The sudden harsh blizzard had been the worst trial they had to endure. Cold that even Sean couldn’t withstand had nearly stopped them in their tracks, but they managed to reach Flento.

Story
Ryker only had one goal in his life right now: turn a certain adventuring guild into a flaming wreck while dancing merrily through the smoldering ruins. All for the chance to get back at a handful of people. It didn’t work out that way though. At all. He’d died, been forced into the body of an avatar, absconded with the queen as her castle fell to betrayal, kidnapped a little kid who is obviously more than he seems, and to top all that off, he killed his undead father. The smoldering ruins of the queendom have cooled, and Ryker has a task that is more than likely too much for him.

Publisher's Summary
Vengeance Over Vanaheim, book 3:
Samantha has faced incredible odds and climbed past the first two Realms of Valhalla Online in her quest to reach the final Realm - where she can learn the truth about how she came to be in Valhalla in the first place.
But now she is alone. Cut off from all support, Sam must struggle to win through this strange new world on her own. With the black archer still on her tail, Sam has to move quickly to win through Vanaheim before he can find a way to put an arrow into her and finish her quest for good. Because his arrows do not merely kill. They obliterate all traces of the code for any being they strike, wiping them from Valhalla forever.
But Samantha has a plan. If it works, she'll flush the archer out and finish him off, then win through the Realm and on to the next. If she fails, she'll cease to exist.
Hel Hath No Fury, book 4:
Trapped between two goddesses is the worst "rock and a hard place" Samantha has ever run into. Even worse, the "goddesses" are really advanced AIs - artificial intelligences. One of them is plotting to go all "Skynet" on the world, and it's up to Sam and her friends to put a stop to it.
Winning this battle isn't just about staying alive or solving a mystery. This time, everything is at stake. If Samantha fails, the outside world will burn, and everyone she ever knew or loved outside Valhalla will die.

Production ruins the end
Decent story but the ending chapters in the recording are all jumbled up starting with about chapter 26 then it jumps a couple chapters forward then back again and so on. Ruins the flow trying to figure out which chapter I'm supposed to be skipping to.

and the story continues and disjointed fashion
this is an excellent story up until Chapter 30 then it's like somebody took it and dropped it in a blender at some points making it so things are supposed to be two chapters back are two chapters forward are in the wrong place it can be frustrating though I have to say that the narrator does the best they can with this job and shows just how much of a professional they are hopefully this will be fixed with a nextbook when it comes to Audible
