USA Today best-selling author Claudia Burgoa brings you a romantic comedy filled with loss, hope, and new chances.

What if the person you try to save is the one who saves your heart?

It’s official. I’m totally hopeless at love, parenting, and life.

Single mom? Check.

Massive debt? Check.

A sassy daughter who inherited my gift of snark? Ugh. Check.

I work three jobs, go to school, and do my best to be in my kid’s life. Men are the last thing on my mind. I wouldn’t have time to look at a man even if he fell into my lap.

Until he does. Thanks to my spawn who keeps calling some famous relationship expert, airing my disastrous life in her podcast.

That’s when Zach, my brother’s best friend in high school, appears. I used to have a major crush on him, but I figured he forgot about me.

Zach, who tragically lost his wife some time ago, and now he’s looking to save everyone - including me.

A super hot fling with my old flame, with a broken man?

Double check.

Until Next Time is a romantic comedy featuring a secret billionaire looking for the one who got away. This chick-lit tale of a single mom searching for her happy ending is fun, sexy, and oh-so swoonful. A brand-new romance novel by USA Today best-selling author Claudia Burgoa.

I can always count on Claudia Burgoa to deliver an entertaining, fun, and often funny read.

I really liked following Zach and Autumn's journey together. They had great chemistry and a strong connection from early on. Both had struggles, but found something special with each other. It was nice, too, seeing Zach with Autumn's daughter Matilda.

This is one of my favorites from Claudia and I can't wait for more of this series!

Having read numerous books by Claudia Burgoa I was excited when I learnt about this series and couldn’t wait to dive in. From the first chapter to the last I felt as though I was on an emotional roller coaster of a ride.
Until Next Time is an emotional, extremely well written story that ticked all the boxes for me. There is so much heart and soul in this book that my review is brief. My emotions were all over the place and there were times that my heart almost broke for all that Zach and Autumn have been through. This is a book which is at times, sad but it is the love and family that really shines through and takes it t another level.
The narration by Jason Clarke, Ava Erickson and Brooke Bloomingdale was spot on for the characters in my opinion and they all did a wonderful job in bringing the characters they portrayed to life for me. Their voices are easy to listen to and I couldn’t help but be drawn into their performances.
This is one book that I highly recommend you read. It is the first in her latest St James Family series and if this book is anything to go by, then she has a winning series on her hand.

Loved it - Great story and great narration

“He’s so imperfectly flawless.” - Autumn

Zach and Autumn stole my heart but more so Matilda. She is the story and who brings these two lost souls together. The St. James family is a family I want to know and be friends with and can’t wait to see what the author has in store for them.

The audio of this and it was so perfect! The narrators blew this out of the park and I couldn't stop listening.

Amazeballs!

I want to say something before I review this audiobook. Jason Clarke has such a sexy voice. When I hear him talk, I fall in love with the character completely. It’s even better when the character is likable.

The one thing I like about this book is that even though the Brassard‘s story are finished, they are still a big part of this new series. So, it’s not necessary if you don’t listen to the previous series before this one, but it will make a lot more sense.

I was a little upset about killing off a character from the previous book. I didn’t mention it in the reviews because I didn’t want to give spoilers. But, since this book is all about that character I will mention it. She wasn’t very likable, and she didn’t get along with her family, but you felt sorry for her husband, Zach, because he was grieving over her death. So my being upset was a little preconceived because the girl was horrible.

Autumn was also grieving the loss of her daughters father. Both characters are just trying to get on with their lives without dating or trying to find somebody to fill the void. Autumn has a daughter, Misty, who is seven going on 36. She’s cute, caring, and feisty. She loves her mom and wants to see her get married again.

This book has a feel like, “Sleepless in Seattle”, which is such an endearing movie. I loved this audiobook so much.

A Great Beginning to a New Series

Since I started reading Claudia Burgoa's books, I've missed very few, and most of those have since been read. I tell you that because Until Next Time is the one exception in that it was intentionally skipped when it was first released. I was going through my grieving process and decided to wait until I was in a better place to read about Zach's and Autumn's losses. Parts of this one were still hard for me, but the balance of angst and humor helped a lot. The wonderful narration by Jason Clarke, Ava Erikson, and Brooke Bloomingdale certainly didn't hurt either. This isn't my first listening experience with any of these narrators, and I'm always happy to let them carry me away for a while, especially when they voice Claudia's complex characters. We even get to visit with some past favorites, which is one of the many things I like about this author. So many characters pop in from other books and series, yet the book can still be read as a standalone (not that you'll want to read just this one book once you've met Claudia Burgoa's characters).
Back to Zach and Autumn: this couple kind of takes the scenic route to their HEA, and quite often, it's an emotional journey. Even through the angst, their attraction is almost palpable. There's just something about this pair that makes you want to see them happy. It's not all about Zach and Autumn, though. We also get a too smart for her own good, meddling in mommy's love life, calling it as she sees it, adorable little lady, who pretty much steals the show every time she's on the page.
So, once again, Claudia Burgoa has penned a terrific story and characters and entrusted them to some thoroughly entertaining narrators for a book I'll be thinking about for some time to come.
