Great book! Simple, easy to follow.

Flow made sense. The exercises provided help in sorting yourself out and moving forward. Recaps at the end of each section were helpful to summarise all the new learning.

Narration style was natural and relaxed. Made it easy to focus on the message.

Highly recommended to anyone who feels stuck in a rut and wants to get out.

Not what I was expecting.

The moment the author shared that she felt proud of her professional experience working with Tony Robins should have been the moment I returned the title, but I wanted to see if it would get better. I understand that as someone who prefers writing geared towards researchers, I prefer books with more intellectual rigor and substance. This also makes me very picky compared to most people, when it comes to authors I vouch for.

I view Tony Robins' as a master marketer who harnesses the power of emotional reasoning and hype to engage his audience in an overpriced pep talk. This book sounded an awful lot like the nonsense that Tony sputters when he is on the stage. It is no surprise, given the author's professional experience.
