This book is good; when your start reading this book, you are all for Chistina, and you think your Uncle will help her, but he does not. Then you start like Damien and her together even if you don't like the way he treats her even if you don't like the way he treats her.

Exceptional!
This book was outstanding. I was enthralled from the beginning. It’s one of those books you get lost in and can’t put down. Forbidden. Suspenseful. Sexy. And that ending! Diving into book two now!!! Great narration. Five stars all around. Highly recommend!

As usually this story didn’t disappoint I will say the two stories in this duet could have been combined. The male narrator is perfect!!! Not sure how I feel about the female narrator. All in all a good read!

Wow!
Just wow! This book is awesome! I can’t wait to start the next one! The story, the characters, wow! Beware though, while there is a sexy times, there is no actual sex in this book. I hardly missed it though - and that’s saying a lot since I read mostly erotica!

Cristina and Damian
Very good suspenseful book. Damian's father was horrible, although I understand after all he lost. Unfortunately, Cristina was just a young child when everything happened. There is no actual sex in this book, enough happened so it was not missed. Kale Williams did a great job with the narration. Lisa Zimmerman was good but sounded a little breathy at times.

A QUICK REVIEW.. THEN GLEEFULLY ON TO BOOK 2
The first chapter hooked me straight in and, by the second chapter, I knew the cliffhanger ending was going to absolutely crush me. An innocent ten year old child bought by an avenging family.. eight years of freedom until her eighteenth birthday.. all because of a father’s sin.
Damien Di Santo - an emotionless monster.. Cristina - a sacrificial lamb brought into darkness and trapped in a Contract of no escape.. and the monster comes to claim his revenge. Hand-fasted through bloodshed.. kindred spirits bound by secrets and revelations.. charged chemistry.. questions.. demands.. vengeance.. defiance.. fight.. an inexperienced virgin.. a possessive monster.. sexual awakenings and a frustrating cliffhanger.
WORTH A CREDIT? Absolutely yes, the sizzles are delicious, the suspense is gray and addictive, the giddy and gleeful anticipation is priceless and the well-written and well-paced dual POV plot is brought to life by two very good narrators.
