This book gives the key to what leadership is. It’s not about me being great, it’s about the ability to make a group realize they are great and realize life with all the opportunities is great

Great book for understanding how to manage teams effectively

The book is well structured and it’s easy to relate to each stage the organization is going through. It was valuable to understand how social groups influence individuals (as we tend to think we’re so independent, don’t we?:) and leaders. Some good tips how to speak to each level, if you’re a manager and how to help people grow, too.
The performance was steady and clear, maybe too skow for me personally, but ine can always inceease the speed :). Annexes at the end were helpful to write down the main aspects, the summary.

It helps you identify what stage your company it is, so you know what is the best what to level up

Business advice that applies to life

Of all of the business improvement books I've read, this was hands down the most meaningful and inspiring. unlike most books that stretch an essay out over a hundred pages, this rather long book is full of substance.
I recommend this book to almost everyone I meet because it's wisdom applies to all relationships, even yours to life in general.
