Highly Recommend for Triathletes

Whether you are new to triathlons or are a seasoned triathlete, the Triathlon Affirmations Workbook is a must! You can train your body for the competition, but you need to train your mind as well, and this book is great to get over any mental blocks you may have before the big day. There are various chapters, each divided into specific categories, so if you are having trouble in one particular area you can jump to that chapter and continue to practice building your mental strength in the areas you need it most. There are chapters specifically for cycle training, training in the pool or open water, transitioning skills, among many others! It's important to strengthen your mind along with your body, and I would highly recommend this workbook for anyone interested in training for a triathlon.

Great Book

This is a great book with affirmations that can be use in many areas. It motivates one to set up goals that are attainable and achievable. I learn a lot about Triathlon affirmations. I will recommend this book to anyone wishing to move forward to different levels.
