Publisher's Summary

Taking her is my right. Breaking her, my duty.

I was always going to choose Helena. I knew it the instant I saw her.

She’s different than the others. There’s a darkness about her. Something wild inside her. And it calls to the beast inside me.

But she isn’t what I expected. With every word and every touch, she pushes me, burrowing deep under my skin, challenging the rules, and upending history.

And all the while, I see how my brother watches her. He wants her, and as the rules stand, she’ll become his in one year’s time.

Except that I have no intention of giving her up.

Author's Note: Torn is the second and final audiobook of the Dark Legacy Duet.

Contains mature themes.

Wonderful Conclusion

#AudiobookObsession

Wonderful conclusion to this duet. I liked part 1 but part 2 I absolutely loved!!!! The narrators had my emotions in knots and did this story justice. I listened to this in one sitting and did not want to stop for anything. I want to read and listen to more by this author.

Great story

Ok, I think this audio book was great. Very intense characters and the narrators did an excellent job showing lots of deep emotions. The erotic scenes are off the charts in the heat factor and are not for the faint of heart. However, yes there is a however, the ending needs more depth and explanations. several loose ends . Too many un answered questions about other characters in the story. Important characters and it did not give an explanation what happened to them. What is going on here. If this was the complete ending, this is disappointing. I truly hope you have another book planned for Gregory and Amely. I loved Gregory's mysterious character.

One heck of a duet!

I don't even know what to say, this was a pretty freaking awesome duet. The author wrote an incredible tale, the narrators brought it to life, they made my heart race and held me at the edge of my seat... I think I forgot to breathe a few times.
Book 1, Taken, is definitely my favorite but, this one was really good.

Great Book!

Torn is the second book in this series. The story between Sebastien, Helena, and Gregory is only becoming more and more complicated. I thought Taken was off the charts, but Torn completely blew me away! This story is full of twists and turns that I never saw coming. I can’t say enough how awesome this book; is all I could say is WOW! Once again the narrators Michael Pauley and Mackenzie Cartwright did an awesome job with this book! #AudiobookObsession

Amazing Finish!

This booked wrapped up Helena and Sebastians story nicely. I see more from them in side character books to come. I know that mind of Natasha's has things spinning for ways to make the Scafoni/Willow family "feud", "deal", or "deceit continue. You will not be disappointed in the conclusion to the first couple. Scafoni Family VS Willow Daughters

Torn (Dark Legacy Duet #2) takes place in this dark world that starts in Taken & continues in Torn where it takes control of your mind. Oodles of twists intricately weaved throughout the narrative. A web of truths and lies unraveling into a thrilling & suspenseful listen.

Narators Michael Pauley and MacKenzie Cartwright flawless performance brings mortal being into existence. Just the right dose of angst, passion, & voice. I love Michael's deep baritone voice which brought out Sebastian's fierce personality. MacKenzie brought out Helena's defiant, resolute personality.

I hope Twisted (Spinoff of Dark Legacy Duet) which follows Gregory Scafoni & Amelia Willow will be turned into a audiobook.

A very good story!

I really enjoyed this story. I was surprised that it wasn’t as angsty as I expected since it had been compared to the Indebted series by Pepper Winters but that being said it was a very good story and very erotic at times.
This book has an HEA but also some loose ends and unanswered questions. Which leaves me thinking there may be another book coming in this series even though it’s referred to as the final book.
Narration was amazing.

Willow Girl

Torn is a continuation of Taken and picks right up where Taken leaves off. Ethan is just awful and Lucinda....ugh I hate her. Helena is supposed to belong to Sebastian for a year. But Lucinda and Ethan take her away. Ethan is the next brother to get Helena after Sebastian's year is up. He seems a lot darker than Sebastian. This book makes me love Sebastian even more! I couldn't get enough. Another amazingly dark book. I loved it. and again, the narrators were perfect!

Fantastic finish to an amazing story

If I thought book 1 was hot, book 2 just blew me away! While book 1 focused more on the dark side of the romance, book 2 brought so much more to the storyline. It brought so much more depth to the characters and the story. While still keeping up with the darkly powerful sexual tension between all the characters. I really just loved every minute. Except maybe the end. It felt a little unfinished. Some important questions left unanswered. I don't know if there is more to this series but I really hope so!

Twisted Dark Romance

Torn by Nataha Knight is a Dark Twisted Romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Michael Pauley and MacKenzie Cartwright. This is the second book of Dark Legacy Duet Series. Natasha did an amazing job on this story and did not disappoint. I couldn’t stop listening. I look forward to reading the next book in the series Twisted.

Michael and MacKenzie did an amazing job narrating. I love when they use two narrators so you can really get into each character. Michael did an amazing job playing Sebastian with the dark ruff voice. MacKenzie did an amazing job with Helena and the other female characters. I cannot wait to hear future projects from both narrators.

I would recommend this book to anyone who likes Dark Romances.

Steamy, hot, & HEA

I like this one better than Taken. You get to see Sebastian’s love for Helena more in this one.

Sebastian is still bossy and possessive as hell. But he also has a tenderness for Helena that you get to see. You get to love him and not feel an ounce of guilt for it. I’m a sucker for HEA and I’m glad these two finally got it.

And of course I still love Michael & Mackenzie for Sebastian & Helena. They’re both good at portraying the emotions regardless of the situations the characters are in the book.

Torn... Is it over?

What a rollercoaster! Gregory and Sebastian fighting for the Willow girl. Who knew there could be feelings involved in this twisted romance. I feel for all of them, the family has been torn with this tradition. Although there so much angst and drama, I kept rooting for a happily everafter for all the brothers. Is there another book for Amelia? I hope so....
The narrator was enthusiastic and made me really get into the story. 👌🏼

The darkness continues

I had to continue this book and I'm glad I did. This whole creepy family had me on edge. I kept my fingers crossed that the step mom would get what she had coming but I'm not into spoilers so I'll not mention if she did or did not. Just like the first book I thought the narration was on point. I've already referred this to others so obviously I think its worth the credit. I will say many times books promise darkness and give you the threats of it but nothing really dark; I think this miniseries delivers darkness

Brilliant Story & Audible Listen🎧

Wow, what a conclusion to the ‘Dark Legacy Duet’. Natasha Knight takes you for a ride, a twisted ride down a curved, slippery slope, it will keep you on the edge of your seat and have your hair stand up on its end. What started out as a taking turns in to so much more as the Scafoni & Willow legacy plays out for this generation. If Helena gets her way it will be the last time it plays out, no more Willow girls will be sacrificed. But Helena she gets caught up in a Scafoni web, Sebastian wants her for himself but Gregory wants his turn too. With so many secrets and lies she does not know what or who to believe. We find out more about the secrets and lies in this book as the web and truths unravel. I really enjoyed this book, so much drama, twists, turns, thrilling suspense and lots of hot scenes. I hope this is not the last we hear of the Scafoni Family, I am curious about Gregory, where did he go, did he go off to get his very own Willow girl? I hope his book “Twisted” will recorded for Audible too. Natasha Knight, thanks again for this fantastic story!!

I listened to the Audible edition, narrated by the talented Michael Pauley and MacKenzie Cartwright, they continue to bring the characters and their story to life with their great performances. They brought so much to this story, heart, attitude, personality and emotions. They commanded the demand of the characters and storylines with ease Michael’s Sebastian was dominating and fierce. MacKenzie’s Helena was defiant and strong willed but she always had heart. Thank you for another great and entertaining listen🎧

What an ending to the this duet

This is the second book in the duet and you have to read Taken first. So much happens in this second book and I was totally sucked in waiting to see how it was going to end!!! Again I feel the narrators to the great job with this story. I love the characters and story line that while it was a dark read we do get a HEA. I kind of wish the story didn't end and we got to read about the other brothers and the other Willow sisters. If you like dark and twisty with a half we ever after you will love this one.

The conclusion!

Willow girls are damaged and will rip apart the Scafoni men. Is this true? I had to find out what would happen in this second of the Dark Legacy Duet. Helena is the chosen Willow girl, and is finding her new normal living with Sebastian. As her feelings grow, and his protectiveness strong, it is inconceivable that she would have to be shared with the other two brothers. Is this the curse? Does it truly rip apart the families? Secrets are bared, relationships ripped apart and love grows strong. Natasha Knight brings light to the darkness, but not before it goes completely black! Her supporting cast of Lydia, Michael, and Amy all add depth to the story and just leave you wanting more even when this one ends! You have to listen to see what happens to Helena and Sebastian, Michael and Ethan. It will keep you captivated the entire time.

Continuing the narration, Michael Pauley and MacKenzie Cartwright are able to draw every emotion from you. There is more darkness in this installment, and each bring voices that will chill you to the bone and then in the next chapter warm your heart. It's the perfect team bringing this dark story some brightness! I loved them together!
