Such a good book
I listen to some pretty long and deep stuff. This book just stole my heart. I'm so glad I chose it as a break from my other ones. I love Betty White and it was wonderful hearing her voice read this. I'll read this one again.

Amazing Inspiration
Such an inspiring story. I can’t imagine, faced with the same challenges, that I could be so brave. I thought of my own dog and the special bond we share. Dogs are incredible and people faced with adversity have the choice to be incredible too. I’m glad Brennen chose that path.

Inspirational
Chose the book because Betty White was narrating. Just knew if she was a part of it, it would be uplifting. I was not disappointed.
Gave a realistic view of personal struggles after traumatic events effects one’s life. Shows the strength needed to overcome and the positive attitude and belief that helps pull one through.
I will listen again when I start feeling sorry for myself or overwhelmed. Maybe I’ll listen just to hear Betty White’s voice because she always makes me smile.

Unconditional love.
This book is my absolute new favorite. It is inspirational, exciting and is extremely hard to put down. The love between a dog and a man and how they developed a neverending bond. Narrators were both pleasant and easy to listen to. I highly recommend this book!

Good story - but predictable
This was a good and heartwarming story - no doubt. However, the storyline is 100% predictable.
This is a prime example of why authors should hire narrators to read their books. The narration was incredibly amateurish, with pauses at inappropriate times.
