As a health coach, I was looking for more resources on behavior change for my clients and came across this book. I really enjoyed learning the Fogg method to behavior design. BJ put it into easy to implement steps with real life examples.
After listening to the book, I feel more confident at implementing these steps with clients struggling to create new healthy habits.
Highly recommend!

Tiny Habits provides what so many of us need.. a way to identify what is important in our lives, how to become the person we wish we were AND the most important elemet - how to get there bit by bit rather than one deep breath and giant leap! I've done the "giant leap" many times and the overcommitment and lack of planning always led to failure. I'm looking forward to putting BJ's methods into action.

I decided to listen to the book a second time.. it's a quick one and can easily be absorbed even at 1.25 narration speed. I'm glad he was able to narrate the book- the personal element adds a lot.

I love this book so much I keep listening to it over and over. I am ordering the paper copy. Only complaint is that BJ keep talking about lists of 300 recipes, workflows, and so on in the "Downloadable PDF." However that PDF only contains what seem to be the graphics from his print book. I can't knock out a star for that, but I had to note it.

I had first heard of BJ Fogg from reading Ramit Sethi's newsletter. BJ seemed to have been a big influence on his career. Now, I'm learning that he influenced many other more or less known students at Stanford (namely Tristan Harris).

I'm impressed.

Makes aspirations attainable by giving a roadmap to achievable behavior change. The book is definitely worth a listen.

I found this book really useful on three different levels. First, even though I have a lot of self disciple, the book helped me understand what others need to develop such habits. Second, the info is good fir those that manage teams. Third, it can help me less my family to develop good habits.

Start small but aim big, longer term as habits form. A good guide to better understanding habits and how they can be utilized to great effect but also how to make them stick.
