Story
In a house full of history and secrets, the past will not stay where it belongs.... Lou has always loved Hill House, the derelict manor on the abandoned land near her home. As a child, the tragic history of its owners, the Mandevilles, inspired her dream to become a history teacher. But in her late 20s, working in a shop to pay off student debts, life is passing her by. That changes when a family disaster sends Lou’s life into a downward spiral, and she seeks comfort in the ruined corridors of Hill House. The house transforms around her, and she is transported back to Christmas 1913.

Story
What happened to Dr. Jonathan Brandon, a dashing RAF flight surgeon, who disappeared from London in 1945? Kidnapping? Murder? Or did Brandon merely vanish of his own free will, seeking another life? American teacher Anne Howard is stunned by a different explanation - that her British grandmother's long-lost fiance was unwillingly wrenched back through time to Elizabethan England. Anne knows time travel is nonsense - until she is handed a fresh-cut thornless rose, a bloom extinct for over 400 years.

Dr. Quinn Allenby thinks she’s seen it all, but when the remains of a young woman and her newborn are discovered in a cave in Cornwall, the only clue to her death is a smooth-edged hole in the top of the skull and the indisputable evidence that the victim was still alive, and possibly in labor, when the coffin was sealed. I am a fan of time travel fiction. It is hard to find a good book in this genre. This book is up there at the top of the list as one of my favorites. Great character development along with a storyline that draws you right in.

Good time travel story, great narration!
As a time travel story, and a mystery, I liked the way the story was laid out, and the way the strands come together in the end. The story and the romance I enjoyed very much.
I thought the religious aspects, which I did not consider necessary for the plot, were generally done with a light touch, at least right up until the last paragraph of the book when they are laid on thick and heavy. I suppose it's my own fault, I enjoy time travel yarns so much that I didn't notice the "Religious and Inspirational" classification that Amazon gave the book.
The narration by Megan Tusing was just wonderful. She did a great job with the characters and voices, and I would have no problem listening to another book narrated by her.

Excellent
Would you listen to Timeless Moments again? Why?
No. I never read a book twice, or even watch a movie twice. My memory won't allow me the pleasure of forgetting enough of the story content, to find any pleasure the 2nd time around. Even if its 10 years, it would seen as though I watched it or read it yesterday.
What did you like best about this story?
The author is a TRUE writer/storyteller. Her story had an excellent plot, descriptive prose and lovable charactures. She also didn't feel the need to fill up the volume of her book with smut filler, being talented enough to keep the story entertaining in it's entire length.
What about Megan Tusing’s performance did you like?
She was personable, engadged and had a pleasent voice.
If you could rename Timeless Moments, what would you call it?
Meant to Be
Any additional comments?
Finally a Story that doesnt push smut, new age Liberalism and anti Christian or anti American retoric.

A Magical Novel That one cannot put down!
A Magical Novel That one cannot put down! This story will keep your attention start to finish. In the 1890s, a sweet, guileless young woman marries a man turned monstrous abuser. He tortured her by keeping her behind locked doors and hooking her on narcotics. She writes a letter, putting it in the window seat. A man in the twentieth receives and answers it. A correspondence ensues.
I will not reveal the rest, except the characters and letters slip back and forth other three generations of intrigue and danger. A ready will finish feeling well satisfied. Recommend it!
