Nothing is impossible with God

This is one of my favorite historical fiction series. Gabrielle Meyers has come up with an enjoyable type of split time story. I am learning a lot of history as Meyers researches the history of the times her characters live in.

Once again! Gabrielle has a fantastic book!

I absolutely love Gabrielle Meyer’s Timeless series! Such a great way to learn from history and to figure out how it will all come together!

Loved the dual narration & fabulous story!

Wow! This story is full of twists & turns! I absolutely enjoyed both time periods. Evelyn’s secret past & her charity work, Cecily’s love of insects, Thomas’ plight, & Drew’s desire to be a doctor endeared me to these characters. I loved both romances & the difficult choices each couple has to make. There’s so much angst & I was hoping they’d all find happily ever after. I loved the inspiring faith thread & the theme of having faith even when dreams are shattered. The history, beautiful writing, & intrigue completely pulled me. Be sure to read the author’s note at the end which reveals even more fascinating historical details. Can’t wait for book 7!

I listened to the audiobook version & absolutely loved the narrators! The dual narration is done so well. Each narrator did a fantastic job bring a variety of characters to life. It made the story even more enjoyable.

Wonderful story. Family connections. Love the imagination of the author and how she outlines character connection. Love the whole series.

Absolutely amazing!

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this amazing historical romance with faith too and everything times two! It’s so good and it ties up “loose ends”of some previously unknown histories in the timeless series! Gabrielle Meyer is an excellent author with intricate genealogies and I absolutely love her books!

Christian time travel romance

Contains an audiobook review.

This is the 6th book in the Timeless series. It is a Christian time travel/historical romance. While it does have themes of God being in control and directing things, it isn't preachy about it.

Read this series in order, and then sit back and be prepared to be amazed with each book. There are always twists and unexpected turns that will leave you with your mouth hanging open in the very best ways.

That's all I am going to say because I personally go into each of these books as blind as I possibly can. I would not want to say anything to spoil even one moment of your enjoyment. But just know, I feel you as you read this. I've been there and loved it!

Now for the audio commentary. I am a huge audiobook consumer. To me, the audio was thr weakest part of this book. I enjoyed having dual narration, but neither of the actual narrators were my favorite to listen to. Their reading voice was fine. But I didn't like how either of them gave the characters voices and accents. I found that they took me out of the story for st least the first half before I finally learned to adjust to them.

And if you do listen, make sure to get the ebook for the historical notes. They aren't included in the audiobook! That's a huge pet peeve of mine!

The Perfect Blend of History and Fiction!

First off the voices are great but the story is AMAZING!! This is the book that really starts tying the whole series together and I LOVE it! So many connections between characters and ah ha moments and I literally gasped when I saw it all coming together…that is all I can say without writing spoilers .
Gabrielle Meyer is a genius and I cannot wait to see how the rest of the series unfolds. She ties history and fiction together in a perfect blend for a great read! Buy all the Timeless series books, you will not regret it!

A Story of Suspense with Many Twists and Turns

I loved the story! I have read all of Gabrielle Meyer's Timeless series and have loved them all. Plus, there are so many ties back to earlier stories that I suggest the reader/listener start with book 1 and continue from there. My only dislike is John Keating's voice. It just isn't my cup of tea and was a bit distracting. This is not the voice I would have chosen for Charles in either of his accents. But the story outweighs this complaint. Enjoy!

When I saw one of my all time favorite narrators, John Keating, I knew this was gonna be great! Both did an outstanding job. Gabrielle Meyer connects us to a couple of old acquaintances and tells their story. You will love it, as expected.
