Too much sex, excellent narration

The narration of this book raised it an extra star. It was excellent across the board.The sorry was good but marred by too much sex and not enough actual plot. And, it didn't add to the story. It felt like an easy way to to add page numbers. This is a shame because I have read the authors other books, and I felt like there was more substance to them with more relationship development. Also, this author really knows how to write dialogue and witty banter, and I love when there is more of that. Her sense of humor is great. So, worth the credit for the narration and humor but not the best of her books.

Lilly is Gold!!

I have been loving these books and the love of 4 people and their trauma! It’s putting this type of unconventional relationship in a more understanding light and I love that. I have a few qualms with the story but the main is that I WANTED MORE! There is a lot left to be desired by the end of the book and it felt rushed. There’s so much more information that could’ve been given, as well as a so-called secret that she had been keeping that doesn’t get revealed. Which is why I gave the story a three out of five. There needed to be more of an explanation . The ending is cute but I needed more, but overall I live for it.

Had High Hopes

I originally read this on kindle and could not wait for this audible to come out. Unfortunately, I think I got my hopes up to high cause the swish narration was cringy, it just was not what I was hoping for. (again, could be just me) The story its self is a good one, the narration needed some work.

Lily Gold is just amazing!

I loved the story and enjoyed it just as much as the other books. She’s one of the only authors I follow. Sadly I didn’t really like the female narrator. I preferred the voice actresses from the other books. :) it’s still definitely worth the listen !
