Tough thoughts

I was hoping to get more of a desire to let the person go after this book and instead it made me feel sad and wanting to try and work things out even though I know we never will. I'm going to listean to it again and hope the message comes at me different the second time around. You can sense the pain in the book of separation and heartbreak it definitely makes you want to cry. edit 8/17/19 I have read this book maybe four times since my first entry of a review. my ex is even come back into my life and then walked back out. Love Is A Dangerous and hurtful event and I'm going to listen to this book for a fifth time I just hope continue to work through this process, of this thing where we let go.

Powerful

The book was read clearly and with passion and an acute understanding of the material. As far as the subject of letting go of someone, this is the most in depth and personal account. It speaks directly to inside of us where we don’t want to let go or haven’t validated the feelings. This is a great book to read about letting go of anything from years past or recent past and it’s a gift to be read to too.

his home hard

with what I'm going through in life right now, this hit home so hard that I cried from "just be the ine who cares more" chapter till the end. but it says just what I needed to hear.

this was a great and easy read. I was so into it that I was ready for the next chapter at the end. will definitely listen/read again.

I found this book to be extremely uplifting and enjoyable. I listen to it on Audible all the way through. Couldn't put it down.

This book is my first step toward breaking orientation. I appreciate the way it is written and performed. A very personal and very meaningful series of messages pointed right at me. An excellent book and tool. I intend to revisit it a couple of times.

My favorite book so far!

I bought this book to help me get let go of people who are no good for me. It covers relationships friendships family and mostly relationships of a significant other. I definitely need to buy the hard copy because it has so much and the great things about it. is it’s very straightforward and only two hours and 45 minutes. I can get through it in a day.

All the things they don’t tell you about moving through grief

This is a beautiful and inspiring book! Honestly it just feels like a book of affirmations. All the things you wish your loved ones would say to you as you heal. This author describes all the different moments and aspects of letting go! Take what you like and leave the rest 🩵✨
