Not recommended for parents of young children

Loved the beginning story of his dad yelling, “did they measure the size of your heart goddamnit”. Lots of great tips and concrete steps. The accompanying action book is a nice bonus!

Constructive criticism: As a school teacher and a mother I found the number of times he used his young son Axel as an example very disturbing. No child knows what they want for their future definitively when they are 9. Children’s brains are still developing and they have so very little life experience. No child should be made to practice sports for 4 hours a day from such a young age. Axel did not come up with this two sport dream and plan to fulfill it, his dad Bo did. Perhaps Axel verbalized the idea but where did he hear about 2 sport athletes? Yep, his dad. There will come a day of resentment on Axel’s part. Not to mention burnout. I had a similar experience trying to fulfill my mom’s dream for me in music as a child. And his poor daughter Eloise.... She is clearly living in her brother’s shadow. I heard her mentioned a couple times almost in a strained way to not forget her while Axel’s name must be in that book more than 100 times. Bo, please allow your son to be a child and pave out his dreams on his OWN once he has more life experience! Those aren’t Axel’s dreams those a Bo’s dreams for his son.

Finally, I would have loved more examples from Bo’s performance days and speaking achievements. The multiple sports analogies are great at the beginning but become redundant quickly.

Bo defines Generosity with all he shares in this book!

The first time I heard Bo speak, I immediately knew I had to work with him. In fact, before the offer was made, I’d already completed the form and taken it to the back of the room to the surprise of the rest of his team. Why wait? I knew I wanted to work with him! And for the next several years I did just that.

He’s been my coach and mentor, so yeah, there’s bias, but only because what he has taught me works.

It’s not about being “selfish”, it’s about being the best at whatever it is you decide to do in life (and everyone’s best looks different). Best parent? Awesome! Get the book! Best author? Awesome! Get the book! Best dietician? Best chiropractor? Best bus driver? Awesome! Get the book!

In his new book, Bo has laid out exactly what he teaches at his live events and in his mastermind. His level of generosity in what he share in the book is unparalleled. He leaves out nothing.

Is Bo for everyone? Nope! If being your best (at whatever your striving for) isn’t something you’re interested in, he’s not going to be your cup of tea. He’s focused. He has a twenty year plan. Always has. And his results speak for themselves - not just his own results, but also the results of the people he’s influenced. You may feel called out...great! Lean into that and step up into what that tiny voice in the back of your mind has been begging you to do all these years.

It’s time... You get one shot. There’s no plan B in life.

(BTW, I have the Audible version while I wait on my hardback. It’s fantastic having Bo in my ear again!!)

Excellent and Inspiring!

As someone who has heard hundreds of motivational books, I was expecting similar content but was pleasantly surprised by the game plan that Bo delivers. An excellent game plan to take your dreams to the top level. Also a good one to share with your kids!

Bo Eason is incredible

If you ever needed a kick in the butt or a game plan, Bo is your guy. He explains how everyone has so much potential just waiting to come out. His ways may seem unorthodox or unreal at first, but give them a shot and you may just amaze yourself! He reads his own story with so much passion and energy, you have no choice but to stay focused and digest his message.
