Aware now of the dreaded rise of Eldur, Lythian Lindar strives to find answers, while returning from the Icewilds, Amron Daecar marches back into his kingdom, with a long-lost Blade of Vandar in his grasp. In the days to come, the world will need its heroes. Old prophesies are coming true, and the shadow of doom is spreading.

One of the best fantasy stories I’ve read

Incredible story. On par with Brandon Sanderson. Great character development. World building. I cannot wait for the next book.

Riveting

Great character development and each book is better than the last! The narration by Steven Brand adds to the intensity and excitement of these books.

Far too much oppression and violence against women

Liked the plot-lines and twists, the further development of characters, the fantasy aspects of dragons, star-kats, Moon-bears, Wolf-beasts, God steel, Ilith’s Forge, The Shadow-Fort, Rasselin’s Eye and prophecies, and magical Varren’s-heart-imbued swords. Betrayal upon betrayal. Trials and tribulations leading to redemptive possibilities. And an apocalypse on the horizon.
All delivered with the excellent, professional elocution of the highest quality of narrative voice.

I can’t get enough!

I have absorbed this tale of adventure, swords, dragons and unique characters with gusto. I hope it continues on for awhile because I will be so sad when the final chapter closes. Great read!
