The historical figures and the story itself

The reader was a virtual reader, which was fine. I could still get into the book, but there was little or no emotion in the reading itself so the book felt different to me than if an actual human reader would’ve read the book.

AI voice lacks emotions

disliked the ai reading, no audible difference in speakers, lack of emotion. character development is good and the 3 books sequence well.

Wow beautiful virtual voice!

I took a chance on the virtual voice and was amazed at the improvement. All the right sentence rhythm and word choices. Maybe I'll try some more of those now.

Decent story, good main characters

Weak ending to book 2. Narration terrible! AI should never be used for a western. Has no grasp of knowledge or terms used. Never again, no artificial narration for me. Ruined the book.
