Okay Book....But Slow

I don't judge Karrine for her past--as we all have one whether to her level or not. In this book, she does seem to have grown and evolved a bit, but for reading purposes--it was quite slow and somewhat boring. I am finding it hard to finish reading it as it is just not as interesting as her last book. So in other words, there is not story line that keeps you wanting to keep going forward with the book.

You Go GirL, Live Your Dreams

Karrine has came a long way. It's paramount to be in touch with our feelings! One of the main reason why we don't change is,we are not aware of how we feel. There is no way to change if you don't know what's wrong. Karrine keep sharing your feelings, your stories will help prevent women from falling into some of the same TRAPS. Karrine the Bible says what meant for your harm will be made for your good. Keep God First!

Could Have Lived Without the Bill Maher Eulogy

Bill Maher is a comedian but his trademark style of comedy is in degrading and humiliating others. Sadism. I find him revolting but was forced to listen to the author's abject supplication and propitiation to him. Over and over again throughout the book. I only hope it was strictly for profit and he made it worth her while. As a former executive in Beverly Hills that catered to much of the "Hollywood" society and culture, she had some fair descriptions of the voyeur culture that bubbles up around celebrities in the hope some of the glitters will trickle down. You hear some interesting stories that may be degrading and humiliating to the people in mention, or their spouses and children. Which is a bit of injustice as the latter are innocent bystanders. The entertainment industry does not only consist of artists. There is always a much larger population that surrounds them and feeds off them. The exploitation routes are ruthless. Turns out Jamie Foxx is neither stupid, reckless or careless. And Mike Tyson is what you probably imagine him to be. Undoubtedly, Karrine Steffans is a good storyteller. And keeps winning in the games people play.

Inspiring

Exceptional writer, soothing voice, admire her so much. Although I could not relate to the lifestyle she spoke of I was so fully immersed in and touched by her experiences, and the profound words/lessons! I have become a fan I am glad I listened.

Good! Not as juicy but good!

I loved that she used the actual names vice in Vindicated. Much more personable. I could've done without the pornoish music in between chapters. That was annoying and the reason for the 4 star review.

not what I expected

this is a book about her growth and life after confessions. There isnt alot of catchy stories or sexual moments like her 1st book. It was good but dragged at times.
