Publisher's summary

Turmoil has long lived in the world….

But one halfling has had enough.

Paris Beaufont has decided that the wars being waged for centuries need to stop.

But to keep fairies from battling as they have for decades will be costly.

Paris Beaufont will pay whatever it takes.

That’s the price for love.

For Paris Beaufont, there is nothing more important than creating love in the world and giving it a chance to blossom.

But the biggest question is, can this halfling find love for herself after she’s created it for all?

Hooking up five minutes after the student graduates

Paris has been a phenomenal follow up to Liv & Sophia. These characters are easy to cheer on and force you to like them. The books often cause a smile and quite a few laughs while listening to them. The Beaufonts are in a setting with interesting organizations and delightful secondary characters.
The single negative that almost tanks all the Beaufont wonderfulness is Paris’s romantic interest. Professor Hemingway is extra handsy then leaves at the beginning of the book; woohoo the conclusion of the series had a chance to be redeemed. That is a trick out by the author and he ends up being part of the “happy ending.”
It’s not tawdry at all for a teacher to shack up with their former student during a graduation ceremony. I’m not sure how this cringeworthy relationship made it into the Beaufont books, this nearly ruined the entire Paris series.
