The best guide for bipolar disorder
I wish I had this book years ago to better understand my mother’s symptoms. And I’m glad I found it now because it clarified all of the behaviour for me. The author did a wonderful and thorough job of explaining the different types and acknowledging how difficult this disorder can be and with the right combination of strategies you can successfully manage it. I appreciated all the resources offered as well. This book is a keeper. Highly recommended.

Tons of really helpful info
This author offers not only a ton of well-researched information but a healthy dose of compassion as well. The book is well-organized and easy to follow. The narrator is fantastic. Oh, and the PDF with resources and some great graphics to refer to while you're listening... excellent. This audiobook will help a lot of people!

Wonderful Audiobook

Great Guide, highly recommended
This is a great resource for Bipolar Disorder and support to their families.
The audiobook covers bipolar 1 & 2 and provides symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, therapy and self care strategies which I found very useful.
With a holistic approach you won't be disappointed in this book as well researched.

Super helpful resource!
Props to both the author and the narrator because I learned a lot from listening to this book. I know some people who have suffered from bipolar disorder, but I wasn't that aware of what it actually was and the effect it has. After listening to this book I feel much more informed. The tips, strategies, and information the author included was very helpful, including the guided meditation! This book is a great resource for not people who experience bipolar disorder, but for someone like me who has known loved ones who experience it. I feel well equipped to support my loved ones in the way the need. I would highly recommend this book!

A beautiful way forward for bipolar sufferers
This is a fabulous audiobook that dives into what it's like to live with bipolar disorder, the various types and how to not only recognize the symptoms, but seek and find help. Mental health carries certain stigmas in our society, which is sad and unfair. Mental health is just as important as physical health in living a fulfilling, happy life. I love that this book shares REAL advice and tools that anyone can apply to help manage their mental health. I am a big believer in the power of routine, meditation (thank you for the lovely guided meditations), exercise, nature, journaling, and anything else that helps you manage the storm in your brain. For many, medication will be necessary, and it's important to work with your doctor or psychiatrist to find the right medication (or combination of meds) to help you. This audiobook is a fantastic place to start, or a great resource to remind yourself how to continue coping with your manic and depressive episodes. THERE IS HOPE. and it's within YOU.

Excellent Book!
The Ultimate Guide for Bipolar Disorder was excellent! I didn't know that much bipolar disorders until I listened to this audiobook.
This audiobook was written so well it will be a great resource for families with love ones who are bipolar disorders and for those with biopolar disorders.
I would recommemd this audiobook to everyone!
