It’s a good story but it needs a good narrator.

I really liked the books and thought the storyline was original but it would have been a better listening experience if it were read by a real person. Ditch the computerized reader it sucks. It lacks any inflections, it kept mispronouncing words and read the jokes in a monotone or chopped the words so they didn’t come across very well. I had to keep trying to figure out what it was actually trying to say. If you had a real person to read it I would have given it 5 stars all around

Story not bad

Story not bad. Narration was not good at all. Actually the narration was making the story choppy, words not pronounced correctly, absence of inflection, no pausing for punctuation made me hesitate to catch the meaning at times. Not sure I will listen to books with virtual voice.

audio voice

honestly audio voice not my favorite...... but the story was good... once I got used to the monotone computer voice...... wouldn't mind listening to it again with a real narrator

Virtual Voice

I really liked the story. It has a twist on the usual magic witches theme. It did take a while to get used to the virtual voice and got confusing at times. I'm not much of a reader (I can't sit still long enough) so I only listen to audiobooks. The virtual voice is going to open up a lot of books that normally wouldn't have an audiobook option.

The auto narration makes the story hard to follows

When the storyline switches from one sister to the next, there is no change in the narration so it’s hard to figure out what’s really going on on

Fun and interesting

This was a fun and kinda scary read. Very different than most witch books. Good fantasy.

AI is annoying

The story is great. The AI not so much. It mispronounces words and the affectation is flat. The story was very interesting but I gave up on it due to the AI.
