Interesting character studies

This was an involving family drama with nuanced characters rather than the tense thriller that I was expected. Perhaps that is why I occasionally found the book a tad slow paced.

Ending was meh

Had a very anticlimactic ending and ends the way you predict early on. Excellent story teller though.

Great story

I just love pretty much everything that Lisa jewel rights. This book is a great story, I loved that it is told from a male point of view unlike many of her others. The narrator is excellent-he does a super job playing so many characters it really keeps you interested. The story is very good and I enjoyed this book very much.

Great from start to finish

Don't you love reading a novel that you have figured out early on, and you're completely wrong? I do! Mr. Jameson did an excellent job drawing me in from the beginning and kept me intrigued throughout the book to a satisfying end.

Hooked from the beginning ...

Loved how the author made an extraordinary situation seem normal, and then didn’t. This book is captivating because it deals with human emotions-from a 5 yr old’s to an almost 50 yr old’s. Great story and terrific narration. It would appeal to most anyone but certainly those with a family and/or have been in a relationship.
