I adore this series. Great series with strong characters and detailed world building. Great narration.

Riveting

Amazing series! Love it <3 Kept me in suspense and couldn’t stop listening to the book. Had to start next book right away. Can’t wait for more from this author.

Great story

I enjoyed this book. My only feedback would be that she runs on and on and on with her descriptions, and I found myself thinking can you please get to the point? The story is interesting and entertaining. It does leave you hanging at the end with unanswered questions.

Will of fire!

Big new fan of Sylvia Mercedes! This book was a bit different from the others I've read. This one showed the heroine's character development, from a somewhat shy protective sister to a woman that would risk it all to the ends of the world to protect their loved one.
Believing in oneself, taking chances, and being confident is what I got from this story.
Overall a great book!

A whirlwind

Book 2 wraps the story up perfectly! It was exiting and I couldn’t stop listening ! I love this series . Off to read the spinoff of her sister , because I’m obsessed.

Loved it 😍

This is one book that is even better than the first. I really liked the characters and adventures. My interest was held all the way through it. The goblin’s were especially cute- I loved their antics and their names. Plus, this book a real romance without being overly sexual A+++

Yup, What I Expected.

Okay.

Valera still is not my favorite heroine ever, but she grew on me in this book. The book in general is still very much limited in how many characters Valera interacts with, which let's the reader spend more time with Valera and pinpoint where she has grown as a character. But then, with the lack of a consistent companion or otherwise, Valera does tend to get pretty dramatic. If you are stuck with dramatics non-stop, you do tend to get tired.

But, really. This book is leagues better than the first. I still would have liked more world building, but for what Valera needed to do, it worked.

Erolas is still a cinnamon roll, and I know why he wasn't much in the book, but man. I missed him so much! Ugh!!!

I enjoyed listening to this. I finished it within a couple days. I'm happy with the out come. she goes through a lot to get her husband.

Wonderful

This was such a wonderful story. Sylvia is an amazing writer and the Narrator was exceptional.
