Has potential

The FMC is the most ungrateful, selfish, and useless individual. I almost didn’t finish the book. I was hoping for some character development but was disappointed. I don’t know if I’ll continue with the series.

Love this story! The narrators did a superb job. I cannot wait for the 2nd book to be released!!

interesting world building

the story is good. I would give it a 4.5 if I could nothing was bad. the world building is interesting but a little secluded we didn't get to know many characters except the two leads so it felt a bit single focused at times, but other than that, and the FL making me annoyed at her winning and blaming the ML for things he had no control over, it was nice.

The male saved this book

Just my opinion. I am all for a strong, independent female lead. But this female was annoying beyond reason. She doesn’t listen and think she can do anything she wants without considering the danger to herself and the man who saved her. She is extremely selfish. The male lead is the only reason i finished this book. He is an honorable man no matter what this woman put him through. He has saved her so many times and has saved her from herself more. I’m hoping the 2nd book is better when it comes to the female lead
