Helpful for Most people

Easy to understand and listen to, broken into chapters/sub-chapters well, examples and lists are very valuable and clear. Highlighted it up quite a bit since it was filled with such useful and actionable advice. ONLY critique is that it is a bit short.But overall I would still recommend this to new home buyers for sure. You will find some of the tips useful.

I used the dream list to come up with my list of housing requirements. While I found the list difficult to use while looking at houses because it's long, it was still valuable to do the exercise so I had the right things in mind.
