Eye opening...you don't know what you don't know. This book is very helpful and informative.

great book to get started. not too much story telling but it will tell you what big things you need to know.

This is a basic, hands on book, with lots of useful information when you want to buy your first home and want to understand the high level of the buying process. I enjoyed it!

This is good information on the basics. It is a short guide but I think our covers what is promised. A nice addition would be some reference material, like a checklist to download.

Perfect for a first time home buyer!

Very simple and direct explanations of the home buying process. I feel much more comfortable and informed about how to approach the process after having listened to this book. I will likely revisit pieces of this as I go through the process myself.

Hard facts through out

Good book with no nonsense. Could use a little first hand story telling. The whole thing is pretty quick to get through, so the stories that we all remember would be beneficial.

A nice little primer on home buying, this hits on all the main points and throws out a good number of pro-tips that feel like they actually came from a pro. Although he occasionally repeats himself, a goodly sized chunk of information is conveyed. I liked it.

As a person without any home buying experience and little research this is an awesome guide and overall knowledge that I would say is much needed for a 1st time home buyer. Just want to say Thank you.
