Get this if you are overwhelmed!
Absolutely loved this audiobook! I’m currently in the process of buying my first home and was feeling very overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. This audiobook had the perfect amount of cliff note information to send me on my path to success. This is a short audiobook tho! It also has a nice section at the end to give you definitions and explanations of all traps you should avoid when buying your first home.
